3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

4. Payment Terms

All services are subject to payment terms as outlined in your service agreement:

• Payments are due according to the agreed schedule
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by Ads Circle and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information received from the other party:

• Customer lists and data
• Financial information
• Technical processes and methodologies

7. Limitation of Liability

Ads Circle shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to our service
• Any bugs, viruses, or similar that may be transmitted

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Creates risk or possible legal exposure for Ads Circle
• Is harmful to other users or third parties
• Is in violation of applicable laws or regulations

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
